Based Commonwealth holds 2nd Synod

ATHENS, Greece (RNA)

The leaders of the nations forming the Based Commonwealth met yesterday in the capital of Greece, Athens, in the second Synod of the organization.

Basileus and Autokrator of the Romans and King of Mouzilo Emmanuel I & II once again joined the Governor of Græcia Quintus de Vitaliis and the King of Pangration Alexios III in discussing significant matters that concern the three members of the Commonwealth.

The topics ranged from recent developments in the broader Greek micronational sector and the League of Hellenistic Micronations, to international events and politics. The three men agreed to increase cooperation between their nations, with Rhomania and Pangration, in particular, confirming that there is a need to maximize bilateral collaboration as neighboring countries. It is worth noting, that at their closest only a distance of 200 meters separates the Romaean region of Eliopolis from Efranor, the capital of Pangration, with Eliopolis also having the Pangratian King Alexian as its Duke, a de facto hereditary position reserved for the Monarch of Pangration.

Regarding the League of Hellenistic Micronations specifically, Emmanuel I & II for the first time publicly expressed his dissatisfaction with the trajectory of the League over the past year. Rhomania and Graecia are both members of that organization.

The date of the next Synod currently remains unknown.

The event was hosted by Barley Cargo, a beer hall in central Athens.
